Premier Veterinary Hospital loves being your fur babies’ home away from home!

We pride ourselves on offering the best care and personal attention, as well as the best facilities in Tyler, TX. Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily, and between each guest. Our smaller and elderly canine visitors, as well as any requiring medical surveillance, will stay in our treatment area with our staff as to not overwhelm them with larger dogs and louder noises. Large canines will get a spacious, private run with clear glass dooring for visual comfort and socialization. Our facilities are housed with non-porous epoxy flooring and acoustic sound panels to reduce noise. All pets will be provided clean bedding daily, food bowls and water bowls. It is recommended you bring your pet’s regular diet, however if not, we provide a Hills Sensitive Stomach & Skin diet to avoid transitional GI upset. We do not allow rawhide treats.

Feline friends will stay in our cat condos where they can roam multiple levels with a window view. We will provide litter boxes, litter, food bowls, water bowls, and clean bedding daily.

Our staff members treat each pet as their own, giving them plenty of love and attention during their stay. We do anything in our power to make your pet as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. We offer daily photo updates of your pet on social media, as well as the option for additional play time daily and/or a bath or groom at our spa before going home. If your pet requires medications during their stay, we do provide medication administration unique to each pet. Your pet will receive their own individual bin to store personal belongings and they will be taken out off-leash in our fenced-in, grass bark-yard. Each pet will be taken out and observed by a staff member at all times.

Ask about any specifications your furry friend may have and we will do our best to accommodate. We are certain you want your pet in the best care possible, and it is our priority to keep your pet happy and healthy. That is why so many clients have chosen our boarding facility for their pet’s home away from home. We look forward to meeting you next!
