Ashley Hogue, DVM

Dr. Hogue opened PREMIER Veterinary Hospital to care for pets that so greatly enrich our lives. She is a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She has also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical Science and a Master Degree in Epidemiology, both from Texas A&M University. She enjoys emergency and critical care medicine and practices in the DFW area on the weekends. She has an interest in pain management, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Hogue is proud to offer Tyler, TX with the excellence of care in veterinary medicine.

Lindsey Brehm, DVM

Dr. Brehm was born in Houston, however, she lived most of her life overseas. She graduated high school from the International School of Stavanger (Norway) and went on to The University of Findlay in Ohio where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved back to Texas to attend Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in which she graduated in 2012. Her first position out of school landed her in Port Arthur, Texas where she worked in a small animal practice for 3 years. Her second position was in Lake Jackson, Texas where she worked for 5 years in a small animal practice. Her areas of special interest include internal medicine, preventative medicine, acupuncture, laser therapy, and dermatology. Her fur family includes a cattle dog-cross named Emma. When she’s not working, her interests include taking Emma on walks, cooking, and reading.

Rebecca Beasley, DVM

Dr. Rebecca Beasley is a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She served 4 1/2 years in the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps and served one year in Afghanistan taking care of military and contract working animals. She has spent the last six years in small and mixed animal practice. She has a particular interest in preventive medicine and owner education.


Lisa, Veterinary Technician, CVA III

Lisa was born and raised in Fort Worth Texas. She joined the United States Marine Corps right out of high school and served for 5 years. After that, she received her bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management but quickly realized her heart belonged in animal care. She has two German Shepherds training as cadaver dogs. She also loves spending time with her family, playing bass, and riding dirt bikes. When your fur baby is in my care, they are family to me.


Amir, Technician, CVA II

I was born in Miami Florida and moved to Tyler at the age of four. I have been a veterinary technician for 15 years. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Louisiana State University. I have 2 dogs, Cooper & Jasper & a cat named Amanda. I enjoy watching football, spending time with my family & friends, & working on cars. My true love and passion in life is veterinary medicine and helping animals.


Tera, Office Administrator, CVA II

Tera was born in the greater Houston area and grew up in Austin, TX. Tera attended Baylor University and the University of Texas at Austin. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing music and spending time with family and friends. She has four fur babies, two chihuahuas named Yoda and Alex, a Yorkie mix named Louie, and a beveren rabbit named Bell Pepper.


Briana, Veterinary Technician, CVA II

Briana was born and raised in Austin, TX. She has wanted to be in Veterinary Medicine for as long as she can remember and began her journey at the age of 15, working at a feral cat shelter. By 16, she was working in a veterinary clinic and has been hooked ever since. Moving on from high school, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Vertebrae Zoology with a minor in Medical Entomology at Texas A&M University. After graduation in 2019, Briana moved to East Texas to be closer to family and is now in pursuit of veterinary school admission. Her fur family consists of four special-case rescue kitties. In her free time, Briana likes to cook, work out, and play video games.

Madeline, Veterinary Technician, CVA I

Madeline was born and raised in Texas and has lived in Tyler since the age of 8. Ever since she was a kid she talked about working with animals. She started working in veterinary medicine in 2017 while attending TJC’s veterinary technician program, which she graduated in 2018. Madeline has 2 dogs, Ryder and Carmilla, and 2 cats, Colby Jack and Roquefort (Rocky). In her free time she likes taking her dogs for a walk, reading, and spending time with family.

Krista, Veterinary Technician

Krista is from a small town called Springer, New Mexico and moved to Texas a little over 14 years ago. Krista has been working in veterinary medicine for 4 years. Initially she planned to work with equines and do equine therapy, but quickly found out that working with small animals and exotics filled her love for vet med even more. Krista is a mother to three children and she has a jack russell terrier named Skylar and an American quarter horse paint named Patches. In her free time she enjoys horse-back riding, playing video games and spending time with her children.

Tiffany, Veterinary Technician

Tiffany was born in West Texas. She started her career in veterinary medicine in 1998 and moved to Tyler in 2017 after marrying her husband. Her passion is anesthesia, but she loves all things vet med! She has one daughter, 6 dogs, and 2 cats. When not taking care of animals, she loves being outdoors, especially in the mountains!

Lauren, Groomer & Animal And Hospital Care Technician, CVA I

Lauren is 30 years old and originally from Hallsville, TX. Lauren began grooming in 2012 and for the last 4 years she has specialized in rehabilitating aggressive dogs for grooming. Lauren also has 4 dogs of her own – 2 chihuahuas, a long haired dachshund, and a 30 pound mix breed, all of whom were rescued.

Trinity, Animal and Hospital Care Technician, CVA I

Trinity is was born and raised in Tyler, TX. She graduated from Tyler Legacy High School, completing a Pet Tech Certification and her CVA level I through a 2 year Tyler ISD CTC program. She is currently 19 years old and pursuing her degree in Biology, with hopes to one day become a DVM. Trinity has 4 dogs a Pit Bull mix named Pop Tart, a mixed breed named Ase, a dachshund named Shorty and German Shepherd mix named Mako. In her free time she enjoys baking & writing.

Sierra, Animal & Hospital Care Technician, CVA I

Sierra is from the small, historic town named Jefferson, Texas. She moved to Tyler, Texas to start school at Tyler Junior College to earn her education and become a veterinary technician. Sierra grew up rescuing many different animals and now has two of her own, Australian shepherds named Honey-Bear and Blue. On her spare time she enjoys visiting home to be with her family. Sierra hopes to work her way up through the animal care world and someday become a veterinarian.

Natalia, Client Care Specialist

Natalia was born in Southern California and raised in Tyler, TX. She is currently in college earning a degree in Biology with goals of pursuing a career in Zoology. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and visiting with family as much as possible. She has 2 dogs, Hans & Sandy, and a cat named Mercy.

Nemesia, Animal and Hospital Care Technician

Nemesia was born and raised in Tyler, TX. She is 16 years old & will attend Chapel Hill High School as a junior this Fall. Nemesia is involved in both FFA & band, where she plays the flute. Nemesia has dreamed of becoming a doctor of veterinary medicine since the age of 5 and is constantly talking about her passion for animals and animal care. Nemesia’s plan after graduating high school is to attend Texas A&M university. In her spare time she loves to go to the gym, spend time with family, and cuddle with her four fur babies: Max, Estrella, Bullet, and Obi.

Kinsley, Animal and Hospital Care Technician

Kinsley was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, TX on a farm with animals all around her. She moved to Tyler two years ago and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, but she has always had a love for animals and wants to help them any way she can. She has a 9-month old Golden Retriever named Daisy Mae, who loves absolutely everyone that she meets! In her free time she enjoys watching football and hanging out with friends and family.

Becca, Animal and Hospital Care Technician

Becca was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Texas when she was 11 years old. Becca has loved animals since she was young. She has 3 dogs, 2 of whom her family rescued, a Golden Retriever/Husky mix names Chai and a Chocolate Lab/German Short Haired Pointer mix named Latte. Her third fur baby was a stray that she took in in 2022, a Pit Bull/Boxer mix named Mocha. In her free time she likes to go dancing and spend time with family and friends. Her plans for the future include increasing her knowledge of veterinary medicine and pursuing her career in the animal care industry.
