A Clean, Comfortable Boarding Facility
We pride ourselves on offering the best care, personal attention, and facilities in Tyler. Our boarding areas are cleaned and sanitized daily and between every guest, with non-porous epoxy flooring and acoustic sound panels that reduce noise and stress.
Dog Boarding Accommodations
Smaller and elderly dogs, as well as any guests requiring medical observation, stay in our treatment area near our staff, away from larger dogs and louder noises. Large dogs enjoy spacious, private runs with clear glass doors for visual comfort and socialization. Every dog is taken outside off-leash in our fenced-in, grass bark-yard, always supervised by a staff member, and enjoys multiple walks each day.
Cat Boarding Accommodations
Our feline guests stay in multi-level cat condos where they can climb, roam, and enjoy a window view. We provide litter boxes, litter, food and water bowls, and clean bedding daily.

To protect every guest, all boarding pets must be current on the following:

- Intestinal parasite screen (within the last 6 months)
Cats:
- Rabies vaccine
- FVRCP vaccine
- Intestinal parasite screen (within the last 6 months)

How old does my pet have to be to board?
Pets must be at least sixteen weeks old to stay in our boarding facility.
What should I expect during my pet’s first boarding stay?
Many pets are a little timid the first time simply because the environment is new, but most adjust quickly. Our staff treats every pet as one of their own.
Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
Yes. We are happy to offer a discount when you board more than one pet.
Will my dog be taken for walks?
Yes. Dogs are taken out multiple times per day, and we also offer dedicated playtime for dogs and cats.
Can you give my pet medication while boarding?
Yes. We provide medication administration tailored to each pet’s needs.
Can I tour the boarding facility before dropping off my pet?

What vaccines are required for boarding?
Dogs need rabies, distemper/parvo, canine influenza, leptospirosis, and Bordetella, plus a parasite screen. Cats need rabies, FVRCP, and a parasite screen.
